Nexus : The Beast in the Machine _ Megatron_Beast Era Fan Concept

It began as a light study on metallic surfaces, but at some point, I decided to practice on something with a face.
During that time, I was rewatching my all-time favorite Transformers series Beast Wars and Beast Machines, where I picked my most favored Transformer villain EVER, Megatron!...in his later version for this study.

While creating this, I found a story titled Beast Wars Reborn, set after the events of Beast Machines, where Optimus Primal and Megatron are reborn in their old bodies. This small franchise inspired me to create a similar story but with a completely different outcome to go along with this piece. In my version, the characters reincarnate in new bodies to an altered dimension of Cyberton.

Particularly, Megatron finally gains the purely technological form he desired, with every organic element removed. But even then, he still displays violent outbursts and is controlled by emotions and burning passion.
This indicates his spark might have absorbed some of his beast mode's wild energy after all this time.

Thus it results in the 'beast in the machine' part.
